Members of the public can:
- Register personal details
- Register one or more bicycles
- Report a stolen bicycle
- Track investigation progress
Police officers can:
- View reported stolen bicycles
- Filter reports by week/month/year
- Update investigation status
- Admin users can enrol new officers
